Hello my name is David Powers; I am 24 years old and I want to try to help you live a healthier life and a happier life as well. I have been exercising for about 2 years now and have lost almost 100 lbs. I am very enthusiastic about exercising and being healthy. I was weighing in at about 300 lbs. now I am 196lbs. I did it by eating right which is a lot harder than it sounds, and exercising regularly. I have struggled losing weight for a long time and tried all these diet plans and pills and whatever I saw on T.V. and really got no results. Even the results I did get never lasted long enough to matter. I created this blog to let you know what worked for me and some of the diets and workouts that seem to work for a lot of people. Also for you to put your two cents in. Tell me what works for you, staying healthy is very important to think about and actually do. It is easier if you have someone to help and encourage you along the way. So tell me whatever you want that helps you and we will work together to keep ourselves in great shape and living a healthier lifestyle.
